Shez Dramatic Adventures was founded by Mrs.Shezmina Mowlana Wahid in the year 2012.
Shez Dramatic Adventures is a leading academy in dramatic arts education which focuses on artistic innovation and excellence. The close-knit, supportive environment at the academy offers students the freedom to explore their artistic passions. Students are prepared for leadership in every facet of dramatic arts through programs of the highest caliber, as well as initiatives that provide access to professional experience, We offer the students an opportunity to study in their specific areas of interest within the curriculum of The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art or Trinity College London, where they have access to learn and perform across the full spectrum of dramatic arts.
With a passion for speech and drama since her childhood, Shezmina M Wahid, the Head of Shez Dramatic Adventures (SDA), pursued her dreams by excelling at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and Trinity Guildhall London (TGL) examinations. Obtaining the Licentiate of the Trinity College, London, in Teaching (LTCL) she received three awards for excellent results and the world prize in the same year.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Shezmina brings a wealth of academic excellence in Speech and Drama, as well as a proven record of writing and directing plays for school productions. Many of her students have been awarded for excellent performance by LAMDA and TGL. She was appointed as an Examiner by a leading speech and drama Academy in 2004.
What is LAMDA?
Founded in 1861, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) is one of the oldest drama schools in the United Kingdom and is the UK's leading statutory speech and drama awarding organization with a reputation for excellence across the globe.
LAMDA Examinations have been accredited as an awarding organization by Ofqual, the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulations in England, and the corresponding regulatory authorities in Wales, Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning Skills (DCELLS) and Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) Northern Ireland.
All graded examinations offered by LAMDA are accredited and is a part of the Qualifications and Credited Framework (QCF) and equate with other accredited QCF qualifications.
What is TCL?
Founded in 1877. Trinity College London is fully accredited in the United Kingdom as an independent awarding body, conducting exams globally.
TCL graded examinations are accredited in England, Wales and Northern Ireland by Ofqual, CCEA and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA).
All graded examinations offered by TCL are accredited by the authorities within the National Qualification Framework.
